CalSD Operations Hub is a local workspace for CAL San Diego, LLC to coordinate day-to-day service operations on one Android device. Work orders, quotes, and capacity plans are stored in an on-device database. The app does not connect to online services or send your records over the network.
Command Center shows today’s scheduled work, completion percentage, a capacity gauge, status counts, a workload chart for the last 7, 30, or 90 days, and recent activity. Open the work board to add, edit, or remove work items with client, service, schedule, priority, status, and notes.
Services lists a fixed catalog of support offerings with category filters, search, and sort. You can bookmark entries. The catalog cannot be edited in the app.
Quotes lets you draft proposals with line items, adjustments, and tax. Quote numbers are assigned automatically. Status labels include Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined, and Completed. Changing status to Sent is a manual label only; the app does not email or export quotes.
Planner is a Service Capacity Planner. Enter technician count, working hours, average job duration, travel or setup buffer, utilization, backlog, and urgent-job percentage to calculate a recommended daily booking limit. Save results to history, review past plans, or copy a note into a new quote.
Company provides business timeline, team roles, mission text, address, about information, and a contact form. Contact entries are saved locally. Optional buttons open your phone, email, or maps apps for the listed company details.
On first launch, sample work items, services, team roles, and timeline entries are added so screens are not empty. You can edit or delete sample work items. New quotes and capacity plans start empty.
Offline workspace for service work, quotes, and daily capacity planning.
