Track Med reminds you when to take your medicines and keeps a record of what you took.
It works completely offline. There is no account, no sign-up, and no internet permission at all. Everything you enter stays on your phone.
BUILT TO BE READ
Large text by default, not as a setting you have to go looking for. Generous buttons. Strong contrast. It works correctly at your phone's largest font size, and with TalkBack. Light and dark, whichever your eyes prefer.
REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE
Reminders use exact alarms, so they come at the time you set rather than up to an hour later. If your phone is blocking them, the Reminder health screen tells you plainly what is wrong and how to fix it, and sends a test reminder so you can prove it works.
WHAT IT DOES
• Daily, every few days, certain weekdays, or on and off cycle schedules
• Several times a day, with a note about food if you want one
• Mark a dose taken, snooze it, or skip it with a reason
• See your history as a calendar, a streak and a simple trend
• Keep track of how much you have left, and get a warning before you run out
• Save a copy of everything to a file you choose, and restore it on a new phone
• Look after someone else: separate people, separate medicines, separate history
SPOKEN REMINDERS, IF YOU WANT THEM
Off by default. When you turn them on, the voice says it is time for your medicine without naming it. If you want a particular medicine named out loud, you turn that on for that medicine. Quiet hours stop the voice overnight, and the notification still arrives.
SAVE TYPING
Photograph a medicine strip or a printed prescription and Track Med fills in what it can read, including several strips in one photo. The reading happens on your phone. You check everything before it is saved.
ENGLISH AND BENGALI
Switch language inside the app, without restarting it.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Track Med is a reminder and record keeping tool, not a medical device. It does not give medical advice, does not recommend doses, and does not check for interactions between medicines. Always follow the instructions from your doctor or pharmacist.
Offline medicine reminders. No account, large text, nothing leaves your phone.
