About this app
Cambisoft is the counter application of the Cambisoft management system for currency exchange offices and currency centers. It's designed for operational staff: the cashier works from their phone or tablet with the same information and rules as the web version.
It's an internal work tool. It doesn't process or safeguard funds: transactions are done in cash at the teller window, and the application records, controls, and documents them.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Point of Sale. Register foreign currency purchases and sales with a breakdown of denominations, exchange rate adjustments per transaction, and validations of limits and compliance applied by your company.
• Daily Rate Board. Capture the exchange rates for your branch; all subsequent transactions are based on this.
• Cashier Shift. Open with the assigned fund, perform cash counts at any time, and close with handling of discrepancies.
• Transfer between cashiers. Transfer funds to a colleague at the same branch when you run out of a currency or hand over the teller window.
• Cash on hand. Check the branch's cash balance by currency and how it is distributed among the tellers on duty.
• Inflows and outflows. Record expenses, payments to suppliers, contributions, and corrections with catalog entries.
• Daily transactions. View details, reprint the receipt, or cancel.
• Daily branch closing, with profit calculation by currency.
• Reports. Summary of daily cash on hand and profit.
• Register new customers with complete files, using the camera to scan their ID card for voting, eliminating manual data entry.
• Print receipts on Bluetooth thermal printers, or share the receipt via the system's printout when a printer is unavailable.
