The service team seem good enough hence the second star. But the app is absolutely awful. Slow , buggy and makes no sense. While you're still in the app if you change tabs you've logged out and need to log in each time. chat support sent me a link to book my ticket, but you can't copy / click it. and even if you manage to type the link, there's no way to open in the app. stay clear and just use the website instead.

I have used Camboticket multiples timea for transportation in a couple of different bus/van taxi companies in Cambodia (VET and Capitol). I have had a few customer service issues as well and have been very surprised at the excellent customer service (even today when I booked the wrong departure time and needed to change it). I highly recommend Camboticket for bookings.

Wasted more than an hour that leads you along only to defeat you. Forget trying to use the Cellcard promo code ... Can't even get that far with all the glitches tripping you up. PS: details already provided separately using app's feedback contact mechanism. Please refer. PPS ... Update moves application fwd 1 page but still can't complete. 😭
