The service team seem good enough hence the second star. But the app is absolutely awful. Slow , buggy and makes no sense. While you're still in the app if you change tabs you've logged out and need to log in each time. chat support sent me a link to book my ticket, but you can't copy / click it. and even if you manage to type the link, there's no way to open in the app. stay clear and just use the website instead.

The app is good but the service and the staff is so not professional. We booked the private car for today and the company already charged the money. Apart from sending email providing booking ID, no driver info was provided. We called to ask the staff 1 hour before the pick up time as we didn't receive any further info from the company. The staff kept saying they were checking and will get back soon. Nothing has solved til now. It's the worst booking experience ever!! Last time with camboticket

Absolute horrible app. If you are booking tickets online you expect everything to happen online. But nope you book a ticket, wait for it to come through in your email but it never gets there and when you contact customer care. The seats are already gone and they will book whatever seat they like. Don't use them, rather call the travel company directly and get your ticket sorted. Tickets in this app are more expensive than direct plus they won't even book it.
