This app worked great until the first time I factory reset my headphones (to remove Bluetooth pairings I no longer wanted ) After that, this app would only find the headphones about 1 in 20 attempts. After resetting the headphones again, the discovery success rate went up to about 1 in 3, but still bad. The headphones are paired fine and I can play music through them, it's just this app that doesn't see them. It's also frustrating that there is no feature in the app to unpair or switch devices.

Hi Greg. Thanks for the review, although it's clear that the app is behaving as intended. Please get in touch with our support team via the in-app Technical Support button, so we can get more information and help you use the app as normal again! Cheers, The Melomania Team

Deceptive cookie choice at startup. First it's not visible but the 'agree' is. If you look further, you'll find the 'more choices' but any attempt to select it results in a broken window which prevents you from changing anything. Tried on 2 completely different phones with same result. If you need to use app, uninstall or clear data immediately after use and sign in again later. Bad form Cambridge. I expected better.

The app is terrible and fails to connect to A100 buds most of the time. When it does connect, it shows zero battery on both buds and cases. I can't change any EQs, can't change button controls, or adjust noise cancelling. The only thing I can change is the wear detect. doesn't matter how many times I close the app and try to connect again, It's useless. my £25 soundcores connect to their app first time every time. Come on £90 and you can't use their adjustable settings.
