This app has been down for 2 days. no access to my account or money, what is going on with the app. I need answers

Horrible app. Logs me out constantly. Does not let me log in. I have to keep calling online support because this app is terrible. Worst bank app I have ever used. Gonna need to redo the app because updates will never fix it because it's a very poor excuse of an app. Fingerprint never saves either.
