It only works if set up without a password! How could I have guessed that? You told me to contact your support and I did, but got absolutely no response! Now I have some more problems: I can only "call" the doorbell (see its camera) sometimes, sometimes it doesn't work; When someone rings, sometimes my phone rings first, before the XTS 7 monitor, other times my wife's phone rings first, sometimes the monitor rings and the phones don't, sometimes NOTHING rings!; The monitor sometimes crashes and restarts after someone rings; Support appears to be non-existent. This is a very expensive product and it doesn't even appear to be production-ready! Absolute waste of money, very unreliable, avoid like the plague.

Expensive product. Zero reliability. Sometimes it works as expected, most of the times it doesn't... After 5 or 6 months it stopped working in mobile networks other than "home network", so long "remote operability"... You need to have the app running in the background, however, once in a while the app crashes without note, and you only notice it when someone rings and your phone keeps muted... I have had this system for 4 years now, in 3 different phones, door ring only. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Very, very poor and only works once in a while. Useless that developers say to contact them - I had their professional representative over to install the system, set it up and link to my devices - still fails 95% of the time. It's a rubbish system and the intercom itself also frequently crashes - with no notification that it is no longer ringing when the visitor presses the outdoor unit. Not the first time they hear someone inside and think we don't want to open. Need to replace system.
