The app cannot find me by last name and cell, nor can it find me by my full name, email, or Property, despite the fact that my leasing agent has confirmed all info is in the system. It takes over 10 hours to hear back from them, and it's just a big waste of time.

very buggy and UI needs to retooled.

The phone is asking me to give it my Microsoft account and password. I could be misinterpreting that based on the location of the MS logo...but to test it I put in my account, and it says "no account create one" and sign in options. The second option says sign in w github or sign in to organization. The first option when I put in my email says password and option 4 says sign in with different Microsoft account. 5 minutes later I got a scam activity email claiming to be Microsoft.

Thank you for your review. The only way to sign into the Resident by CASA app is to enter your Last name and Cell phone. We do not offer any other options such as Microsoft or GitHub account.
