Ratings and reviews

This is a bare bone app missing basic features. About the only convenient thing you can do is book a reservation; however, you cannot even look at past or upcoming ones. Also, if you want to book a few daycares in a row, you have to do a separate entry every time. You should be able to select multiple days. There are also no prices shown or extra features to add on to reservations. If someone is actually reading this and wants more help with beta testing, I would love to help.

The app is a bit clunky & cumbersome. To change cameras you have to have the phone in portrait mode. But the video is then small so I have to keep turning back & forth from portrait to landscape if I'm looking for my pup indoor & outdoor. Having the ability to zoom the camera would be great. Being able to make reservations is the best part of the app since I hate making phone calls.

I wanted to book a grooming appointment from the website but had to download this app to do it. After having to register me and my dog and give contact and emergency numbers. After submitting a bunch of personal data they didn't even have an option for booking a grooming appointment. It was a pain to delete my account and they might delete my information in a month or two.
