Since the app doesn't work, giving it one star is generous. It used to work but stopped over the last couple of months. My husband has the same issue. I can't get to a login screen. It says there are no camp bow wow locations near me, which is not true. The franchise says it's a corporate issue and corporate doesn't seem to care to resolve it. The website is also not working so I'm assuming that's a corporate issue too.

This is a bare bone app missing basic features. About the only convenient thing you can do is book a reservation; however, you cannot even look at past or upcoming ones. Also, if you want to book a few daycares in a row, you have to do a separate entry every time. You should be able to select multiple days. There are also no prices shown or extra features to add on to reservations. If someone is actually reading this and wants more help with beta testing, I would love to help.

The app is a bit clunky & cumbersome. To change cameras you have to have the phone in portrait mode. But the video is then small so I have to keep turning back & forth from portrait to landscape if I'm looking for my pup indoor & outdoor. Having the ability to zoom the camera would be great. Being able to make reservations is the best part of the app since I hate making phone calls.
