Super smooth and easy to use! I use it for campus safety escorts. There is one thing I'd absolutely love to see added. I'd absolutely love it if in a future update it could be added so that once an officer is assigned to the alert, I receive a notification with the name of the officer that is on their way to me.

The app name should really be changed. I haven’t had to use it yet, but in a panic or emergency situation, “Campus Shield” won’t come to mind easily. When someone is in distress, their first instinct is to search for words like “emergency,” “help,” or “911.” Because the name is unrelated to emergencies, people may have trouble remembering or finding it quickly when it matters most.

I'm supposed to use this for my school. According to instructions I was given, I should be able to search for my school's account, and create a profile. Nope - it just takes me to a page to register for which I have no info. My instructions say "utilities" though, and this is "911cellular" so maybe this is the game version? SO frustrating.
