CampusCare -Mobile Apps are designed to work with school ERP software. It will give desired output only when these features are opted and used by the school.
The URL used should be the URL of your ward's school parent portal (ex:xyzcampuscare.in) and login credentials are same as parent portal login credentials.
There is a customer support available during working hours and you may write at '[e-mail]' or call at [phone] and choose to dial 5 to reach to parent desk for assistance

This enables the school, teachers and management to come to the same platform and the students education gets strengthened as a collective effort.
This helps us to view the daily assignments, school and class news, fee detail, online fee payment, exam related information, report cards etc.

Ratings and reviews

Cannot copy-paste messages, nor can it attach files through the phone app. Phone and laptop app navigation are different. Keeps logging out in a matter of few seconds, furthermore delaying the process of work. The most user unfriendly app to exist.

After the recent update, it is up to the notification area of my mobile and finishes beneath the screen. Unable to switch my wards and their sessions. While using the keyboard, what I typed can't be seen by me. Thanks to older version that left to update on my 2nd device.

edit: they fixed the navigation bar issue. please ensure that you don't regress. app is unusable in the latest since it is trying to take over entire scree. now text box for messaging window is now behind navigation bar. similarly behind android status bar it shows its own task bar like holiday list. I am in android 15 aosp.
