Housing
Splitting rent is the single most useful thing a campus app can do. Post a room you need to fill, browse listings from other students, and see your actual per-person share before you message anyone. Listings verified by the Campus Scenes team carry a visible verified badge. Contact only unlocks once the person who posted chooses to share it - no open inbox, no messages from strangers.
