The app is horrible and does not work. The only thing it will allow me to do is log in. I can't select accounts to transfer money, link external accounts to it, or anything of that nature. The app is a pain and just doesn't work! I have a vehicle financed through them and have to literally drive to the bank every month to pay the bill cause their online banking or mobile app doesn't work! Zero stars.

I've been very pleased with the app for a long time. Lately, I've started having issues with it not loading, like others describe. Since I could log on at the website, and there were no notifications that the app wasn't working, in desperation, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. after logging in, and resetting my preferences, it works perfectly.

In my experience, the links are broken in regards to credit cards. I have checked periodically over the course of a year and have not seen improvements. When clicking any links to cards, information shows zero balances and the options to transfer or make payments tgrough the app. Useless in regards to the only functions I desire. Fortunately, the app allows you to view the total balance of the card on the home page along with the regular balances.
