This app worked ok for the start. Fingerprint reader works great the first time but the next time it will not. To top it off, it counts against how many times you can login. So I've gotten locked out from my account several times because of this app. This app is horrible. It shouldn't lock me. It should ask for text verification or use Google verification before locking my blasted account
I have tried this app several times since the new version and each time I have installed it on my phone, it never loads when I try to log in. This is a big disappointment because the older version worked better than this new one. I will be uninstalling it again and after multiple attempts to get it to work, won't be installing it again. I will just use the online version instead.
I am giving zero stars in hopes that the app developer actually sees this. I don't normally rate apps, but this app needs to be fixed. It's laggy, sometimes doesn't load. And today....trying to verify an external account my entered numbers got deleted every time I left the box. They must have the amount of numbers able to be entered into that box set at one. It needs to be fixed. Some people can't use a desktop when the app needs to be fixed. Also, there is no where within the app to contact support. The help section is search only, no real help. My other bank allows me to submit support requests within the app. I can't find that function here......they probably don't want to be contacted.....or it is not easy to find. So many issues. Lol. So here is my one star. Please fix it.
The app was working great for a short time after the update but now it won't load when I log in. As a side note there needs to be a more direct way to manage your address change than sending a message stating that you have changed your address. Please fix because it's faster for me to go to the website than it is to use this app.
I love the convenience of the CAMPUS Mobile Banking App. I can access my account any hour of the day. My daughter loves using the mobile deposit for her account. With her schedule, it makes it so easy on her to make deposits.
I bought a used Boat at Polaris of gainesville that was promised to be checked out running great and ready to fish LMAO what a lie. Nothing but a Lie by the sales team and service center at this Business. So after months of dealing with the lie's at Polaris of gainesville and there unableness to repair the motor correctly to get 1 run on the river since we had gotten it. . So We filed a dispute with the credit card holder We charged the boat on Campus USA. I thought they were going to give us the customer service we did not get at the dealer only to have the refund they did issue taken back! I could not believe we had been treated even more poorly by the Bank as well. No customer service left My Family has a 6000 dollar piece of yard art that has had no water time with the engine since we bought it. poor service all the way around. SAD SAD boat buyer. Shame on Campus for treating us this way! Todd Wagner
