CamToFolder is a camera that organizes your work as you shoot. Instead of dropping every capture into one camera roll to be sorted out later, it files each photo, video, and barcode scan straight into a folder you set up in advance.

HOW IT WORKS

Create a folder for the job, then tell the app the range of numbered subfolders you need. On the camera screen, a slider along the bottom switches the active subfolder, so filing a shot takes one tap.

Photo, video, and barcode scans all write into the same active subfolder. Add, rename, or delete subfolders at any time.

- Video: records with audio, or silently if you decline the microphone permission
- Scan: a barcode scanner and QR code scanner that saves decoded text as a .txt file next to your other captures

Pinch to zoom and tap to focus work in every mode.

The barcode scanner reads QR, Data Matrix, Code 128, Code 39, EAN/UPC, ITF, PDF417, Aztec, and more.

Captures stay inside the app. They never appear in your phone's photo gallery, so your work des not mix with personal photos and can't be deleted from there by mistake.

Browse a single subfolder or an entire folder in one gallery. View photos, play videos, or read a saved scan. Select items to share them, delete them, or move them into a different subfolder.

Zip a folder and save it to Documents/CamToFolder, or share it. Share just a few selected items when you only need part of a folder. Removing the app deletes its captures, so export anything you want to keep first.

REQUIREMENTS

Android 11 or newer. Camera permission is required. Microphone permission is optional and only used to record audio in videos.
