My experience is not very good with this app, although it has sorted a lot of difficulties but need more improvements. Like, now a days, when any of the circular published on any days, the user is not able to open it up, in fact during browsing the same, the app crashes and make the user logout. The same we can browse on next day. This is a big issue which i am facing as a user.

What is the purpose of 'registering' or 'de-registering' a device? As seen in multiple reviews here, this is more of a BUG and not a FEATURE lol ! Adding an OTP feature would be MUCH BETTER. This app is supposed to be used by pensioners. Your foremost priority should be ease of use. It shouldn't take a comment on playstore or emailing customer care to do something as simple as logging in!
