OTPs are not coming. Device / Mobile Number /MPIN are same, which were working earlier fine. Even now I updated the app . It is not working. I tried to uninstall it, there also it is asking OTP. SECONDLY, OTPs ARE NOT COMING VIA EMAILS. your answer is not upto the mark. hence one star only.

BVRS has some issues. As the app is getting closed many times. And the uptime during the capturing of photos is very less, reason is customer meet and staff meet cannot be completed in short duration. so there should be an option to save the photos before final submission.
