Enjoyed this app at 1st , even have a subscription. Today the devs now have ads unless one gets premium subscription. I have ads popping up all the time. I have sent 3 emails to CandyLink asking for an explanation as to why my subscription isn't linked to my tablet and does one need to subscribe for a second and separate device? I have never received a reply from them. On my phone I would rate this app a 5, unfortunately it is a 3 on the tablet.

Sadly, CandyLink seems to be under new management which does not care about its long time, loyal subscribers. My subscription was renewed, yet the app opened as basic, I've sent 4 emails to support with proof of my active status, and have not received any reply, not even to say that they're looking into it. My app is still basic, so here's a 1 ☆ review to get their attention!! Edit: 1 week later and no change, still no communication from Volodymyr, and today I updated the app and still basic

I thought with the update that the problem was fixed. AFTER the 17 seconds, the app shuts down. you need to tap it several times for the app to engage. Wait for the app to work after 17 seconds and then the game is a go, with the protection TimnyBites have provided.
