This game could be great, but there are SO MANY ADS, ALL THE TIME, and they're ALL LONG ADS. I spend way more time waiting for ads to end than i do actually playing. I had this game years ago and uninstalled it when it randomly deleted all my work, so i thought I'd give it a chance again, hoping they'd fixed the issue, but the constant ads and half the gane being behind a paywall, make it unplayable. It's really ridiculous. Don't waste your time with it.

Really fun game. It makes a lot of sense how factors affect things. Very realistic. But I've restored my purchases around 6 times now, but I have NO access to the perks I own Bitizen + god mode, challenge vault, the black market expansion, and golden pacifier. Which is starting to get frustrating. I was quite excited to try the golden pacifier.

I had a lot of the expansion packs and job packs plus I also lost my god mode and the no ads feature I bought a long time ago. It was more then 4 years at this point. . I lost a lot of stuff that I had paid for then sent in a service ticket. I never heard back and it is very upsetting to me . Very bad customer service for such a great game. I'll miss the game but they have lost me as a customer and game player. I won't be recommending this game anymore to friends or family...
