I have never been able to see my points. I have spent a lot of cash, especially in the Norfolk store. I don't trust an establishment that has an app that is unusable. I have rarely used my points. One week in late December, I was told that I had $75. The next week, I was told that I had only $20. Also check your product. I was given a fine grind twice that was not ground. I will never go to the Norfolk store again and yall can keep taking my points. Remember we are in the age of truth.

This app is never correct in adding my points, it's always frozen so u can't do anything but see the points (and the points that don't show up after 24 hours). With the amount of money being made, you would think these big dispensary places would pick an app that's a little more reliable considering the amount of traffic I see alone in the location I go to! What a joke.

This app is completely trash. It never loads when signing in and when I do get in it never shows anything. I've spent well over 300 dollars in tbe last month on separate purchase and still have 0 points to show for it?! I'll go back to Livwell. Don't waste your time or money here!
