My accountant sends messages but the only way that I can read the message is to go to my email, click on the link in the email which will direct me to the message. There is no other way to do this, meaning there is no readable message in the app when I open the app.

I'm barely getting my taxes done after submitting them almost 5 months ago. And now that they finished them, I'm getting charged an expedited fee of almost $500 plus other fees, resulting in almost $800,and I can't even view the documents they sent me. I've been doing taxes with them since 2020. But, I need to keep being, understanding with them because they opened a new office and if it had been difficult for them. When are you paying for a service, and management and owners nowhere?

Beastlife Over 50
This new update doesn't install on my phone. I've uninstalled it, and I re-installed it several times. It just disappears from my device. I've restarted my phone several times. Everything else works perfectly on my phone but when I search for apps nothing comes up.

This particular phone can sometimes exhibit odd behavior with apps from the Play Store. Try these steps to fix this issue: 1) Disable Google Play Store, 2) Reboot Your Phone, 3) Enable Google Play Store, 4) Update apps.
