Canopy has simplified how you share files and exchange information with your accountant. This app is designed for you, the client. You have likely been invited to the Canopy Client Portal by your tax professional, including access to the Client Portal via your preferred mobile device.

cannot open on my phone. Also is not working on my desktop. I did send my docs thru from the email sent to me from my CPA. Last year I had major problems that the CPA did not anticipate, cause wrong name and info from another client. but cannot access any updates.

Sorry to hear this. It sounds like your CPA needs to update your email address so you can access the portal or create a new account. Bummer to have this happen right in the middle of tax season, but it should be able to get sorted out. At first, Honestly I thought it was giving scammy vibes. Then reality set. My case worker literally held my hand and walk me through the process step by step. Made it easy as pushing a button. All the connections in the palm of your hand. You will be satisfied. 🌞
