can't cancel subscription, it's got some great stories, but it's expensive compared to others and I go through phases and like the ability to ealisy cancel my subscriptions. I still haven't been able to cancel and I've contacted support and herd nothing from them. the app would be so much better with an easier cancel and cheaper options

Accidentally ended up with a subscription. Impossible to reach them to cancel it. The books are below average. App is hard to use. I've sent several emails and several in app messages. No responses. Do not use this app. It's a scam.

when trying to get in contact with customer service or to send feedback no one contacts you back when trying to cancel subscription there's nothing in the app for me to unsubscribe sent several emails no one still has contacted and they keep trying to take unauthorized payments of card even after the fact that I notify them 24 hours before the next payment to cancel my subscription as it states and their guidelines and no one has still reached out to me thus far.
