I've been subscribed to Canvy for few years now and has helped my business a lot! So happy to see that they released an app but it seems that I cannot save the artwork that I've edited on my Android device. Every time I click download, it only shows me which app I want to share the image to and the image itself does not appear in my gallery. EDIT (21 May 2026): thank you for the reply. Unfortunately the bug has still not been fixed yet, I still cannot save the image to my phone gallery. S25+

this app is extremely difficult to navigate and awkward. It definitely has potential but at the moment it's definitely not worth a subscription. Too few options on the page creation, the navigation is unnecessarily confusing. my art when uploaded is perfect but when I try to use it again, it is only as a photo and not recognised as the object it was recognised as and USED the first time! this app really needs a lot of work. the room choices are ok but the colours are all very pastel and pale

it's not a stable app, does not let you save or screenshot your work. DO NOT RECOMMEND
