Ratings and reviews

Leaves a lot to be desired This app has some good things going for it. It stores my bikes in the garage. Has good details on them, and additional PDFs if needed. That said, the ORDERS pages do not work at all. I am unable to successfully mark my orders as delivered, and when I try to do so, I'm greeted with an error message. So frustrating. The app is mostly unusable. Would love to see many improvements to this app.

My family has 3 Spectral 8 ON with built in GPS. I Bought these over the Strive or Torque do to the GPS location, but the my bikes do not show in garage on the app anymore after the latest update. They do show on the website, however. I even get notifications that the bikes are on the move when we go ride, but the location will not show correctly. Before the update the app was awesome, now it's useless. makes me wish I didn't go for the Spectral over the Strive. I've made a ticket with Canyon.

So bad. The only thing worse then dealing with this barely function app, is dealing directly with Canyon's support / service department. I am looking forward to deleting this app and associated account information and NEVER looking back once ALL my purchases (bike + acessories) are fully refund. I wish I could rate this app zero stars.
