Once you create an account, it acts as your key to log in to the app and Canyon website. If you've forgotten your password, no worries – you can easily reset it in the login screen.

Ratings and reviews

Not connecting to the bike at the moment, so pretty much useless. Update 27/09/23 Nothing changed still not connecting. Update 16/02/24 after one year the localization feature is not working despite claimed available since day 1 from Canyon. Update 17/03/24 localization seems to work now

So for me, the app hasnt worked properly since day 1. For my Torque:ON 7 in the bike garage, i cannot access any info for my bike in the following categories: Get Started, Bike Details, Original Components, Shop Bike Parts, Exploded View Drawing, Geometry and Dimensions and User Manual. Please fix. *Working now

I would like to report that the app is not working on two of my phones - Xiaomi redmo note 9 pro and 11. Would be great if you could look into it
