Almost useless. I strongly recommend to the canyon ranch people that you do NOT continue to recommend that people download this app. It is at best a menu, and at worst an infuriating frustration. To begin with, I have a reservation for myself and my wife. When I log into the app, it recognizes that I have a reservation for two people. When I try to book an activity, it allows me only to book for myself. Evidently, using this app I cannot book anything for my wife. So, as I said, useless.

app doesn't stay up to date with any changes to the schedule in canyon ranch. it's basic but helps when trying to schedule your day

Useless. Doesn't accept my phone number. Locked me out after a few failed attempts.
