Sorry to say, this app really is not helpful. I cannot book any activities (the 'book' button simply will not work), the schedule only shows the current week, cannot advance to future dates, the menus will not load.

Cannot get in. Sends code and then ignores and goes directly to app. Only shows one week of schedule. Cannot see daily schedule for the times of my visit. Cannot sign up for any services.

Almost useless. I strongly recommend to the canyon ranch people that you do NOT continue to recommend that people download this app. It is at best a menu, and at worst an infuriating frustration. To begin with, I have a reservation for myself and my wife. When I log into the app, it recognizes that I have a reservation for two people. When I try to book an activity, it allows me only to book for myself. Evidently, using this app I cannot book anything for my wife. So, as I said, useless.
