Update: Greater than 1 year later and the known bug has not been fixed. Absolutely abysmal for something as important as health care. Trying to get in to have my daughter examined. It won't let me sign in unless I select a relationship. The pull down menu is blank for relationship. I am stuck and there is no technical support I can find. She is already in the app as my daughter. I have the most current version. This app is now useless.

This app used to work quite well for me. Now, not so much. I have changed phones and it is impossible to use the drop-down menu to designate your relationship to the primary insurance holder. This works fine on a desktop, but the Android app appears to be bugged. This has been ongoing for months and always happens even on different phones. Please fix, ASAP!

For dependents, it is literally impossible to use. To sign up, dependents have to state their relationship to the subscriber, but the drop down menu is completely blank. I was able to get my dependent signed up on the computer, but when they went to schedule an appointment, the mobile app asked the same questions and had the exact same bug. Please fix this as soon as possible development team, as you are literally preventing patients from getting care.
