I read many reviews and hoped it would be different for me. Just received my cap and downloaded the app. MY cap is not Bluetooth ready, was SURE I specified I wanted that feature! taking pictures - the app SAYS the pics are uploading, When I go back to review them, not there. All the prior reviews are correct. This app is disappointing and garbage. ALL the technology in the world and this is the best Capillus can do? Do better Capillus, do better. Shameful.

The app seemed like it was working, but it wasnt. The tracking of usage 100% does not work (I hope that isn't necessary for any potential warranty info). The software engineers here definitely need to up their game. The app says I've missed 4 days, but I've only had it for 2 days and I've used it while connected for both of those days. Absolute trash app for a product that cost a couple thousand dollars.

(update)Stopped connecting to capillus cap after only a couple of weeks. Can't really track progress to prove usage for 6 month return policy if it doesn't work. Unistalling app, restarting phone, clearing data, turning off Bluetooth/location & on doesn't fix it either. Edit: as per capillus comment below, update fixed the issue. Thanks.
