About this app

In our app, you and your family get access to safe care via chat, call or video. We are open 7am-10pm every day - all year round.

Getting care digitally is easy and it works like this:

1. You log in with mobile BankID and start a new case.

2. You can describe what you want help with by answering a few introductory questions. This only takes a couple of minutes.

3. We read through your answers and contact you through the app.

4. In the chat you get medical assessment, advice and the prescriptions you need. You can choose to chat with us directly or leave the app and come back when it suits you.

5. If you need a sample or physical examination, we will help you further at one of our 130 health centers.

Here are some examples of what we can help you or your child with digitally:

• Prescription renewal
• Sick or VAB certificate
• Support from a psychologist
• Flu symptoms
• Discomfort during periods or PMS
• Allergy problems
• Insect bites
• Minor wound damage

You know well that the choice of care provider is free and personal, which means that you choose which reception you or your child belongs to. If you want to choose to list yourself as a patient with us on Capio, we guide you through a few simple steps in the app.
