In our app, you and your family receive safe care via chat or video. You can start your visit whenever and wherever you want.
Getting care digitally is simple and works like this:
Log in with Mobilt BankID and start a new case.
When you log in, you will get two choices. Either you can talk to a specific reception or Capio Go. Capio Go is open all year round, 7am-10pm, even evenings and weekends.
You will receive medical assessment, advice and the prescriptions you need. You can choose to chat with us directly or submit your case and then come back to continue the contact at your convenience.
If you need sampling or a physical examination, we will help you further.
