Your App does not allow me to enter my Account Info. It asks for the Barcode and Password/Pin. I enter the Barcode and Pin (since I do not have a password) it does not go any further. That is the same info I use to Login to the Library system on their website. You need to fix this App!

[Bookmarks] feature not available, which would seem to be a key and very useful feature to carry over from online account. [Search Movies] includes Books. App often closes unexpectedly or hangs or simply keeps returning to User page, with my phone asking if I want to close it. Numerous other problems that seem like no one ever TESTED this app during development or sale: seems a waste of a fine Library System's money.

Pretends to allow renewal of card through app. Has you enter line after line of ID info until reaching the "Tap to upload photo ID" or Utility bill. That tap takes you back the BEGINNING. Tried again twice in case I'd made some mistake. Nope. The system is in error. Very FRUSTRATING! PLEASE FIX!!!
