I love the Chester County library system and always relied pretty heavily on the old app. It was always able to do everything I needed. This new one won't even let me log in. Whether I type or scan my number, it fails every time. I know the app is new so hopefully it will be improved in time, but as of right now it's not functional at all.

After a long wait for the new updated app, what we have received is worse! The old app was much better, faster and more intelligent, at least it didn't want your baecode and pin every time you opened it! Bring back the old app and get your money back from this new version developer!

I agree with others - I'm glad the app has a new look, but the new app is terrible. I can't figure out how to see my digital library card, how to check out books, or anything! Bring back the old version!
