Ratings and reviews

Initial use of the app was good, I received a phone call from one of their client managers to talk about the app and provide tips on the use of their platform. The app was fairly easy to use, and trading was easy and seamless. However when I went to withdraw a bit of money I wasn't able to, and was prompted to contact support which I did. After multiple emails I'm now trying to just get the money out and close my account. I'm now having to submit a complaint to the AFCA to withdraw funds.

Good app, but charts freeze at times and it would be good if the charts were a bit easier to navigate on mobile. Also, on mobile I can't see if it's possible to add drawings to charts. Update; Still using the app and it has definitely improved. Would be 5 stars except there have been issues with being able to manage live positions and there has never been communication to warn or highlight this. Customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable though.

Was on a good run, making remarkable wins since installing the app. A week later, the app glitches and no orders for selling were taken that lead me to lose opportunities, and when it was finally fixed few unintentionally pressed transactions were taken and then, boom, a limit close that made me lose a substantial amount. Very very terrible.
