I had a very bad issue, locked out of my account and was told it would be days until it was fixed. I sent every possible contact on Google search a msg and finally within a couple of hours it was resolved and I was granted access snd took my money out. Very grateful for the chat agent that helped me through that. I haven't used the app since but I liked pretty much everything about it. There are some minor performance issues that can be fixed with updates and w/time. Just weary now.

Experience has been incredible. My account was frozen so they can verify a transaction made. Totally get it. Haven't had an issue since. Customer service has been great and responsive. I also wasn't expecting to receive early payday deposits because the website doesn't mention it but I do.

After testing the app I have lowered my review of the product to untenable as a crypto wallet on ramp. If you did not buy the bottom on any given supported asset. Then don't bother because as long as the price is ranging, they will never sell tops for you, and they will never allow you to buy bottoms despite the zero fee trading, it's still not tenable. If they offer better trading data, then I may update my review, but for now, I do not recommend using this app.
