MMA Safety was designed to ensure that any industry has a way to generate specific safety observations from your mobile device and provide analytics to ensure that they are being completed. And, it works offline from any location!
MMA Safety comes with over 10,000 questions from over 275 categories so every company can configure their mobile device to only show the questions specific to their project. Questions are devised from the leading research universities and government agencies to ensure that your workers are trained on safety best practices every day.
MMA Safety allows unlimited pictures to be attached to each specific question. It also provides a way to capture notes using voice dictation from the mobile device. For each issue a severity can be chosen to help prioritize issues in one location. Issues can be assigned to internal and external employees for full accountability.
Specific parties can be tagged within each safety issue to spot trends and develop custom reports. There is also a reference field on each inspection item which allows this field to tie into existing corporate data systems. Also, digital signatures can be captured from any mobile device.
MMA Safety also has a mobile form creator that allows you to digitize and eliminate all paper based forms that exists within your company. There are also mobile form templates (daily reports, equipment reports, accident reports) that can be modified to fit each company’s requirements.
