About this app

Cap Tech field service management software is a mobile app designed for our customers, managers and field technicians.
Customers and Managers can request services, and the field technicians will log the work performed in the field with the ability to upload pictures and documents.

For example. Customers can request services such as flush, new
install, parts only delivery, pull or reinstall. Once requested the Cap Tech manager will assign the task to one of our field technicians. The field technician will log the work performed and upload pictures in the mobile app.

Once the task is completed the manager will review the
jobsite data and approve the completed task. The customer will then be able to see a full report of the jobsite data recorded.
Customers will also be able to view all jobsite history as well as
upcoming preventative maintenance work.

We even included a calculator for customers and technicians to be
able to calculate cap string volume as well as hydrostatic pressure.
