This APP only give you 10 minutes free of subtitles translations, unless you pay for the higher upgrades. Ok, No problem. Tried to add subtitles to a much needed 50 second Spanish speaking scene on a video. When finished doing what needed to be done on this APP, Only About 20% of the scene had subtitles and the rest of the talking scene didn't. The areas that were subtitled during the talking, the subtitles were so fast in and out that it was very difficult to keep up with reading them.

I liked the ad for this product, but it's simply not intuitive enough, and it won't let me move the words to where I want them to be. I press pause to input some caption at a specific in point because speech recognition didn't pick up the first words of the song. I input the text and the app puts the text at the very beginning of the timeline . I tried to add some filler text to get me back to that point, but so far that's not working either, so basically as of right now, this app don't work.

the app worked for a couple of videos and, all of a sudden, it keeps prompting me to create the captions manuallynwhichndefeats the purpose of the apo. my videos are short with clear voices and no background music, so there is no reason as to why it stopped working. I want a refund. I paid for a whole year and its not even been a month and its not working anymore.
