All requests go directly to the corresponding area of the hotel. You don’t need to read a booklet in your room, spend time waiting on the phone, search for a housekeeper in the halls, or pantomime at the front desk if hotel staff do not speak English. Just press the button and the hotel staff will complete your request.
CAPY's interface includes several service screens with common needs: hotel service, additional services, urgent requests, room service. You can also see the list of your orders and track the progress of each. CAPY also have a hotel map for comfortable navigation. The app supports English and Spanish, so you can choose the interface in your native language and communicate easily.
