- Reserve a car 15 minutes in advance. When you get there, you can use the app to unlock the doors, hop in and drive. We'll block the car for you for free for 15 minutes. This can be useful if you need more time to get to the car and want to make sure it's waiting for you.

Very bad experience using AutoTel - I'd recommend staying away. After signing up for a free trial period and being told I could cancel my membership within the app at any time, I began getting billed monthly. Not only could I not cancel in the app, but all attempts to communicate with them (whatsapp/emails/online forms) seem to be ignored. When I finally got in touch with them, they took 3-5 days to cancel my membership and billed me a last time. Terrible experience with unescapable billing

A nice service and concept but the app can be better. A 10 min drive takes 30-50 min. 1. 10-15 min just to upload photos - every photo, takes 2-3 minutes to upload and often the upload fails. Instead, just let me take several photos and upload them all at once. 2. 10-15 min of looking for parking. There aren't enough parking spaces in the middle of the city 3. sometimes the car won't open or won't close, and then you need to wait for their support for about 10 min more

Better than the old one, but the experience isn't great. Some UX suggestions: 1. Don't hide the map with all the componenta after reserving the car. I need to navigate to it. 2. If I rated the ride as 'awesome', why ask me what went wrong? And if you do, why have "low battery" if it's a gasoline? 3. Let me tag which part of the car is damaged and how instead of typing it each time.
