It's funny how I'm rating the app rather than my actual order, because guess what, there is no rating option inside the actual app. And oh by the way my first, and last, order was late for 1 hour and there's no tracking. The customer service didn't know where it was either. Who knows? Of course, it came cold!

Great app. Helps me to order ahead and see all available items easily and their respective options. There are however a few issues that made me lower my rating and for which I've already contacted their customer service: - Impossible to order pickup for another day - The information required for order surveys is not displayed on the digital receipt but only on the paper one Edit: Lowered my rating because customizations are still missing, like being able to remove butter in a club sandwich.

My previous 2 orders went smoothly but tonight I was unable to order with the app or from the website. Got an error and was very disappointed. Update: I still get an error when I enter my credit card info but I just realized there is option to pay when the food is delivered so I am now unblocked.
