Ratings and reviews

The "Track Ongoing Order" feature is completely broken. Clicking it just loads a blank grey screen instead of an actual GPS map showing where the driver is. The only tracking you get is the basic progress bar at the top, which doesn't give real-time location updates at all. Don't advertise live GPS tracking if the app's mapping infrastructure fails to load. It completely defeats the purpose of tracking a delivery. Fix the map widget glitch. Customer support gave wrong number to call for store!!

Can't log in because "Oops, something went wrong." Can't register because "Oops, something went wrong." Can't checkout as guest because "Oops, something went wrong. Please call." Charged almost twice as much if I call in, because the coupons are mobile app only. Pretty awful experience overall.

I find the app cumbersome. You are bombarded with new items and bizarre sponsorship based specials that are overpriced and irrelevant to me. The old favourites, which are the only reason I use the app are buried and hard to find. All and all I likely will call next time.
