Terrible experience. Placed a large order for pickup in the app ($95.00) and got a message that said 'sorry can't process this' So I went to the location and mentioned I had attempted to order in the app, got the error, and placed / paid for the order in person. Next day I get an email stating I was charged for the order in the app. Called the 1-800 number, they can't help. Directed me to the store as it shows it was 'fulfilled'. Never using this ever again. If you get an error msg screenshot.

Pick up orders are often incorrect. Which sucks, because our in-resteraunt service is often great... Our most recent take out order: There was no dipping sauce in one of our 2 meal deals. We paid extra for white meat, and got dark meat. And the butter we added to our order for the buns was not present. Also now a $50 minimum order for my CAA discount?!

Terrible user experience! If you want to browse through the app, the menu or see if there are specials, you are first forced to start an order, everytime you open the app. Shouldn't ordering come near the end instead of invasively making it the first thing you have to do?
