Terrible start to finish. I had to make four phones calls in the process of using this app. Received multiple appointments at different times than I requested. I approved the work in the app, but the approval could never reach the shop due to "a coding issue". After an hour of submitting and resubmitting, calling and texting and getting nowhere I ended up having to pay the shop directly and request a refund of charges the app made. One of the worst app implementations that I've ever experienced.

The app sucks and is usless but it does save me money, I just schedule my services through the shop and tell them I have car advice and they handle it. I usually have to approve the services through chat because again the app is useless. The chat person is always nice and they respond quickly so in my opinion it's still worth it I got an oil change and tires and saved over $100 with just the basic plan. I am probably going to upgrade to the higher plan because it covers a lot more.

First off, half the time, the buttons on the screen don't work, so you have to go through text or phone support to get stuff done. They also never explain the process. You agree to a price and schedule an appointment with a repair shop, so everything should be good when you drop the car off. NO, they don't include the price of services required to get the repair done. Then the discount was almost the same as my vet discount. It took all afternoon to save $25 on a $1000+ bill. Not worth hassle.
