I've used this before and it was great. I'm currently ranking it so low because the "Login" button is placed so low on the screen that is it right under my "back" button and I literally can no longer access my files due to that reason. please change the location of the login button and I'll happily change my review

I just opened the app and can't access files. I have latest version of app and my phone's operating system. The app just shows, "Something went wrong with your request. Tap on 'Try Again' to refresh." That doesn't work. Now I can login and see thumbnails of files but when I tap on them, I get the waiting to download icon and after a few seconds the app crashes. I've tried clearing cache, "force stopping the app & restarting phone to no avail. Phone displays, app needs an update. FRUSTRATING!

The mobile app to access your files no longer works. Customer service says they have no idea when it will be fixed. Waste of money if you can't even access files when needed. No discount or rebates offered for the functionality not being as advertised. I can no longer access my files on my desktop computer from my phone. Just says 'no network available'. I am not the only one with this problem after reading reviews.
