Ratings and reviews

I just opened the app and can't access files. I have latest version of app and my phone's operating system. The app just shows, "Something went wrong with your request. Tap on 'Try Again' to refresh." That doesn't work. Now I can login and see thumbnails of files but when I tap on them, I get the waiting to download icon and after a few seconds the app crashes. I've tried clearing cache, "force stopping the app & restarting phone to no avail. Phone displays, app needs an update. FRUSTRATING!

Laziness can only keep me for so long. I've been paying for Carbonite for years. It was previously a great product. However, every few months, something new seems to happen to make me like it less and less. I just tried accessing something from the mobile app and I got a message saying the application cannot be installed on rooted devices. One problem... My phone hasn't been rooted. I restarted my phone but still can't log in. I don't see myself renewing at the end of this term.

The mobile app to access your files no longer works. Customer service says they have no idea when it will be fixed. Waste of money if you can't even access files when needed. No discount or rebates offered for the functionality not being as advertised. I can no longer access my files on my desktop computer from my phone. Just says 'no network available'. I am not the only one with this problem after reading reviews.
