Supplying & submitting personal data does still not work, after having waited over a month to try again: Data input is lost if you do not input everything in one go, and once I did that, I got a persistent error (tried multiple times for several minutes) saying "An error occurred, please try again". After switching away and back to the app, my personal data has just been wiped (again). As an IT professional: This app is a disgrace for such a large company!

Using my card only every few months. Half of the time payment fails. Today app didn't start, had to reinstall. Now my password wasn't accepted, as most of the time (a problem I only have with card complete.. mysterious), and again my account is locked. I know why I pay everything with my Mastercard (0 fails in a year, using it daily). Update: Wanted to end my VISA subscription when a letter told me that because of not providing tons of personal data card complete ended already it. Thanks 😄

Really poorly designed app with very bad user interface and user controls. I would expect a credit card app like this one to give me notifications whenever my card is used, and to be able to set limits of how much i wish to spend across which channels, and whether to enable or disable foreign transactions. Even though this app is supposed to give me notifications for each transaction, it does not work more than half the time. The user interface to set the transactions limit or enable/ disable foreign transactions, does not exist in the app. Worst of all, their call center works only Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm, and the waiting times are usually more than half an hour, and the agent only speaks German. The worst credit card provider and app that i have used in my life.
