Ratings and reviews

I have been using the Android app for several weeks and have had no problems with it so far (on a Google Pixel phone). All of my experiences with Customer Service have been satisfactory over the past few years since first signing up with this company. It is unfortunate that others have had bad experiences with this app & company. I am waiting for the Android app to get updated with card reader pairing so we can get the lower rate on swipe transactions versus manually keyed sales. Soon?? I hope!

The app seems to work fine. The service is another story and I just terminated my PayChex/CardPointe account, their fees ended up being much higher than advertised - every transaction was charged at the higher "non-qual" rate. I contacted our Paychex rep (Ryan) about it in early December and he promised to get it straightened out then went MIA for a couple weeks then sent me an email to call him during the holidays, now he's unresponsive again - doesn't return calls or emails. The total fees on our partial month of December transactions was over 5% so we're done with that frustration.

If I could give no stars I would give no stars. This place is a scam! They are feeds! And they wires! I canceled my account multiple times over the last 5 months. And they're still trying to pull for my account even after I have a cancellation letter. It's gotten so bad that I had to close my bank account and open a new one just so they would stop. You don't want this device these guys are terrible
