Their customer service is far less than poor, especially the customer service at the registrar's section of this company. I have reached out to them countless times regarding e-dividend mandate, they'll reply and tell me that they'll get back to me with a solution to my issue and then, never get back. I have sent up to 8 emails and made up to 15 calls. I have still not been able to get an e dividend mandate. this issue has been going on for weeks. I will be selling my shares on their app.

For a while now I've not been able to login into the app or the site because of the location access I need to grant the site I've not done that before, but even when I try to grant the site or the app access because I trust it it still won't open, what's going on please? I'm now getting frustrated it's a 5 star for me, but this particular issue is making me withhold the other stars

This new kyc is giving me a lot of headaches. I have been turning my head to left for so long without positive response. Please kindly reset it si as to be user friendly otherwise you're going to loose customers as the day are just numbered (21 days remaining)
