Writing is entirely free. There are no ads, subscriptions, or servers.
Haru Card is an autobiographical diary app that provides you with one page of 700 reflection questions every day.
You can answer the questions, or simply write in the 'blank space' without asking any questions.
[ What is Free ]
Writing and reading are all free, and will continue to be free.
- All 700 questions (including consecutive question sets)
- 'Blank space' records for free writing without questions
- Re-read, edit, and delete past records
- Text search, re-read by year
- Four default themes + Dark Mode
- JSON backup and restore, Markdown export
No locks are placed on your records. Even without payment, what you write is always yours.
[ What is Paid ]
3,900 KRW for a lifetime. It is not a subscription; it is a one-time payment.
- Export PDF — Two formats: 'Anthology' grouped by topic and 'Diary' organized by date
- Two Editions — Bookcase Paintings and Four Seasons. The cover, endpapers, page illustrations, and table of contents are all converted into a single set.
- Twelve Art Albums — Covers and endpapers featuring original artwork from the museum collection
- Regular Updates — New editions and art albums are added automatically without additional payment.
It is a one-time payment. There are no monthly fees, annual renewals, or season passes.
[ One Card a Day ]
A question card arrives at your desired time (default 10 PM).
- Childhood: "What did the scenery of the neighborhood you visited most often look like when you were young?"
- Family: "What was the phrase you heard most often during family meals?"
- Work & Career: "When was the first moment you felt that you had done a good job?"
- Love & Relationships: "Who is someone who still warms your heart when you think of them?" - Values: "If there is one principle you cannot compromise on, what is it?"
- Daily Life: "When was the most peaceful moment of the past week?"
- Future: "If you were to say one thing to yourself one year from now, what would you say?"
700 questions across seven categories will steadily fill your book.
If you don't like today's question, simply switch to 'Margin' and write anything you want.
[ Your answers are only on this phone ]
This app does not send your answers to any server.
No sign-up, login, or cloud account is required.
We do not use ads, analytics, or tracking tools.
It operates without internet, even in airplane mode, on the subway, or before going to sleep.
The only time internet is needed is for payment, and that connection is used solely for payments.
For when you change devices, if you have enabled Android default backup (Google account backup),
your records will be saved together with your Google Drive backup.
This backup is a feature provided by Google and is not accessible to developers.
If you do not wish to use it, you can turn it off in your phone settings, or you may use only the JSON backup within the app.
[ Re-read and Make It Your Book ]
- You can re-read past records by year and category.
- You can search for text by word.
- It displays accumulated volume as page numbers, such as "Your book is currently at page 131."
- You can back up and restore data via JSON (free).
- You can export it as a single PDF book once you unlock it (contains Korean fonts, making it suitable for printing and storage).
