The application is really bad. Poorly optimized and difficult to navigate. Recently it signed me out of my account and i cannot login again as it says wrong credentials and upon trying to reset the password it kept saying user not found. Absolutely disappointing

I’ve never had a worse experience with a smartwatch and its companion app than I did with Cardo. The watch is unreliable, the app is full of bugs, and the customer service is non-existent. Syncing issues, constant crashes, and inaccurate health tracking make the whole product useless. Honestly, I regret every pound I spent. Totally disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone.
