By downloading this app, you agree that your use of this web-based software and related services ("Kittrell Paycard Software") that facilitate online banking via your phone or other eligible mobile device is limited to the transactions provided for on the Kittrell Paycard Cardholder website. You further agree that your use of this Kittrell Paycard Software is subject to the Online Banking terms and conditions that you agreed to at enrollment as well as the additional terms described below. Not all of our Online Banking website services will be available on the Kittrell Paycard Software. For example, you will not be able to make payments to our affiliated companies from deposit account(s) using The Kittrell Paycard Software. In addition, the Kittrell Paycard Software might be inoperative from time to time for a variety of reasons including routine maintenance, system changes, and system failures. When this happens, our Cardholder website and related services might be unavailable. We will not be liable to you for any service interruptions or other unavailability of our Cardholder services. You agree that you will only use the Kittrell Paycard Software on a mobile device owned by you. You agree to keep your mobile device and sign in information secure. If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your Kittrell Paycard Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions. Kittrell Paycard or its licensors may provide or make available through Kittrell Paycard and/or its agents its Kittrell Paycard Software. Kittrell Paycard and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to Kittrell Paycard Software at any time without notice. In no event will Kittrell Paycard or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Kittrell Paycard Software. As far as prepaid apps it ranks super low. Terrible user-interface system, many app issues including signing in 2 factor authentication that doesn't link to your phone, no 24 hour customer service (even though they say they have it) no way to use or pull funds while awaiting new card, customer service that will hang up on you if they feel like. Out of 10 phone calls to their customer service I got all but 2 answered without being hung up on. If you have auto-pay enabled it will stop/lose card

They offer instant wage when you try to access it......it never works but they take your funds when you owe them. Why offer a feature that doesn't work? Then you call customer service they give you the run around and never return a call!

This card took money from me after my employer deposted my pay into it before i even used it and everytime i took a withdrawel it would deduct what i withdrew then take the same amount again and deduct it. Then when i called customer service they wouldnt explain why or answer my questions but instead dance around my questions or disconnect me to avoid my inquiries.Its a fraud and i'll never use it again.
