Can't Even Access My Account. Getting an internal error message when I put in my account login information. Tried both my card number and SAN with the access code I created and neither works. Editing my Review: this issue was resolved after the update. I am able to access my account and I love that it uses biometrics as well. I'm only updating to 4 stars because I left the above review back in September and just got a response. Thank you for responding to my issue. The issue is resolved.

I have been trying to activate my card without success. Once I put the card number or the code as invalid, the same thing with the card number , directing that i try again. I have tried many times and tried to call but couldn`t speak to anybody. please can you tell me what to do

I can't even check my balance it ask for an access code but I don't have it. My former employer just gave me this card for my expenses but that was some time ago. I am a bit short and was trying to see if I still have money on this card but it seems impossible. So frustrating
