Great app just a few updateds! Love that Provider messaging has been updated so they can respond through the app! Problem...I dont get a notification once theyve responded so I have to keep logging back in to check. An email or text to check my messages would be a great add. Also, adding time and date stamps to the messages, that way I know when they responded. I would also like to see all lab results done through Care ATC available on the app.

Telemedicine is advertised as being a feature, but this is not possible on the app. Also, The login from other careatc didn't work and the password reset didn't work without calling in, which defeats the purpose of the app. Third, there were additional errors with changing the password after it was reset over the phone so the app could only be used for 24 hours before I would have to call in again for another reset. Way too many errors to be worth the frustration .

This app is constantly buggy, and I believe it is unsafe to use the app especially if it is being used by someone with mental health issues. To constantly run into errors, have poor menu and confusing drop down selections, and to have the app down so much is not okay. Because this has been an issue for so long I would encourage you to start complaining to your organization since they are paying careatc for a broken service.
