Our Care. Connected puts your health record in your hands and lets you share it with the people who care for you.
Keep your health information in one place, decide exactly who can see it, and stay up to date when your clinicians add to your record.

Your personal details are encrypted and are not visible to platform administrators or developers. Your information is stored in Australia, and you can delete your account and its data at any time from My Settings.
